1. Adults Only
Meetchi is an adult dating service intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older.
We do not knowingly permit persons under 18 to create accounts or use the Service.
By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may use age-gating, age-estimation, identity verification, profile review, user reports, and other measures to detect suspected underage users.
No age-verification system is completely error-free. A user who provides a false date of birth or false identity violates our Terms of Use. Where we reasonably suspect that a user is under 18, we may suspend the account and request verification.
If we learn that personal data has been collected from a person under 18 through an unauthorised account, we may:
- suspend or terminate the account;
- remove associated profile information and content;
- retain limited information where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement;
- investigate related accounts or devices; and
- report suspected exploitation or danger to competent authorities where appropriate.
Parents, guardians, and other users may report suspected underage use to info@meetchi.com.
